1.When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in  United States, Australia, China, Poland, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, France, and Italy.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday.

Orders will be processed within 3 – 5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.

 

Please note:  

We don’t shop on weekends.

Tracking information is available within 7 – 10 days.

 

2.How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your orders , after that it will take :

👉 US via USPS : 6 - 13 business days

👉 All other supported countries: 10 - 20 business days

👉 Brazil: 20 to 30 business days

👉 Mexico: 20 to 30  business days

👉 Russia, Ukraine and Saudi Arabia: 10-20 business days

NOTE: During the seasonal period (eg Halloween, Valentine's Day, Christmas, Easter) there might be some delay in posting process. During this period, please allow 7 extra business days for delivery.

3.Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax – free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fee may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and we are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us, we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country, for further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Please note:

We are NOT responsible for stolen or lost items. 

Multiple item orders may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

for other countries that are not included on this list, the price of the delivery will be charged, it will depend on the destination, dimensions and the weight of the product.

 

We source quality items from several suppliers in United States, Australia, China, Poland, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, France, and Italy.

Shipping delivery time varies depending on supplier’s location, shipping method used and your geographic location.

 

 PROMOCODES :

We do not cover exchanges/ returns fees for orders placed with codes 10% and above, or Final Sale Clearance items.
